Delete alert information for a patient

Delete alert information for a patient

Delete an alert information registration for a patient.

Delete shall only be used when a registration is “entered in error”, e.g. wrong patient. Records will not be physically deleted, but will have “clinical status” set to “entered-in-error”.
If the information is no longer valid or is a duplicate, update the registration as described in Change or update the alert information for a patient

Request

Kjernejournal use the Norwegian national identification number (NIN) to specify the patient. The NIN is a person’s sensitive data and should not be part of any URL since URLs are typically logged.

Instead kjernejournal require the ticket for the patient from the HelseIndikator service to be put in the HTTP header. See HTTP Header .

The versionId must be the latest version of the resource. If not, the delete will fail. This is to ensure that the user is working with the current version of the data.

URL /v1/fhir/<FHIR resource>

Delete <host>/v1/fhir/<FHIR resource>/<resource id>/_history<version number>

DELETE https://api.st3.kjernejournal-test.no:8000/v1/fhir/AllergyIntolerance/1ae7db24-f26e-4182-8754-b4ee2e022d54/_history/2

Response

If the delete is successful, the HTTP 204 is returned.
